Shipping Policy

Shipping and Delivery Information

PoolAndSpaGiant ships most of our orders via FedEx and UPS. Most orders will arrive to the shipping destination within 3 to 5 business days (Saturdays and Sundays are not considered business days). Any orders that are backordered or requiring oversized and overweight shipping may extend this delivery time. Depending on what items are ordered, it is possible to receive part of your order on one day and the remaining portion of the order another day. PoolAndSpaGiant is unable to ship any orders to PO and APO boxes.

PoolAndSpaGiant ships for FREE to the Continental United States. If you happen to live in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or anywhere else in the World, please feel free to contact us and we will gladly provide you with a shipping quote.

Shipping is FREE on all orders, however we do charge a flat $9.99 processing/handling fee to all orders. As long as the items are on one order, you will only be charged the $9.99 fee once, even if items on the order ship separately. While we do offer home delivery on almost every item we sell, there are certain heavy items such as pool packages, game tables, hot tubs and some pool heaters that must be delivered via truckline to a freight dock or place of business. PoolAndSpaGiant can provide home delivery and lift gate services for these items at an additional charge. The customer will be notified of these charges before any shipping occurs. Please note that all truckline shipments will be made to the curb in front of the address provided. It is the customers responsibility to get the merchandise from the front curb to its final destination (backyard, garage, etc.)

Truckline Shipments

If you have purchased products that will be delivered to your home via truckline (semi), it is VERY IMPORTANT that you read and understand the following prior to the arrival and acceptance of your delivery.

Scheduling Delivery

You will receive a call to schedule the delivery of your freight. Be prepared to provide options for a delivery day and time window. You must be present to sign for the delivery. If you instruct the driver to make a delivery without being present, YOU will be LIABLE for any damaged or lost merchandise. If you are not present to accept the delivery on the scheduled date/time, YOU will incur EXTRA CHARGES for redelivery and storage costs.

Inspecting, Accepting and Signing for a Delivery

YOU ASSUME ALL LIABILITY for the contents of a shipment once you sign for it. You will not be compensated for any lost or damaged products that you accept and sign for "free and clear." Your shipment will arrive on a semi trailer and will include:
1) Items stacked on a wooden skid, wrapped in blue plastic shrink wrap.
2) Plastic surrounded by a "DO NOT BREAK STRETCH WRAP" tape.
3) An orange sticker with instructions to inspect the package prior to signing for it.

You can accept a truckline delivery as long as you follow these instructions carefully:
1) Missing Items: Make sure the # of pieces that arrive match the number of pieces on the bill of lading. If not, please note the correct # on the bill of lading.
2) Shrink Wrap Intact: Check to see that the BLUE shrink wrap is not torn or missing. If it is, note this on the bill of lading.
3) Opened or Damaged Boxes: Remove the shrink wrap and check for opened or damaged boxes. Please note any visible damage on the bill of lading. Take a photo of any visible damage.

If you discover damage to the product on your shipment please contact immediately. Freight claims must be made within 5 days of delivery.

Cancelled Orders

Please confirm all items and quantities purchased before finalizing your order with us. Orders can not be modified or cancelled once it is placed and processed for delivery. Please refer to our HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM section for instructions and directions on how to proceed if you need to return an item.

Returning An Item

If you are not 100% satisfied with the purchase you made from, you may return the items but some conditions and terms may apply.
*Any and all requests to return an item or items must be made within 30 days of receipt of your order. All return requests must be made by calling 1-844-33 GIANT (44268)
*All products that are being returned MUST be returned in new condition and in the original packaging. The customer is RESPONSIBLE for any and all shipping charges back to us.
*Chemicals, liners, winter covers, pools and some other products are NOT returnable. Please feel free to call with any questions regarding items that are not returnable.
*A 20% re-stocking fee will be applied to all returns.
* will not be responsible for issuing a credit back for the original shipping and handling charges.
*The customer will be provided with a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) that must be included in the return shipment. If a return is made without an RMA or on a delivery that is refused, you will not be issued a refund and will be responsible for the return shipping cost to you.

Refused Orders

It is very important that the customer DOES NOT refuse a delivery shipment. In order for to issue a refund or replace any items that are damaged, the customer must be in possession of the original order. Please contact our Customer Service Department at 1-844-33 GIANT (44268) if you have any questions regarding this policy. Any and all refused orders will automatically be charged a 20% re-stocking fee.

Back Ordered Items

Any and all backorders will be shipped automatically when the items are back in stock. If you would like to cancel a backordered item before it ships, please contact us and let us know.

Wrong Product Shipped

Although this happens very rarely, if ships you the wrong item by us making a mistake, we will gladly pay to have the item shipped back to us and will ship out the correct item once receiving the incorrect item that we originally shipped.
